i contacted support bout crashing

i contacted support about the game crashing already but i am not recieving a email

here is what happens ( note already tried removing the program and redownloading )

i enter my log in info
the data loads
i click start
it starts loading up
and when the music starts up
it crashs and does a loop of music till my computer turns it off

so how can i fix this?

Contacting support is definitely your best option.

Just out of curiosity, have you updated drivers on your soundcard recently? Also, here's something you could possibly try (but not optimal by any means) when you load up Pirate101, click the blue settings button off to the left of where you put in your username and try disabling the sound to see if you can run the game without sound.

Again, our support should be able to help identify the problem.
